Railway inspection service

benefits of track inspections

Proactive Approach. Our inspection work includes anticipating probable track defects enabling the customer to take corrective action, in advance of actual occurrence when time and resources may be more favorable to the customer.

Improve Rail Service Reliability. Interruptions in vital rail service caused by derailments, malfunctioning track appliances, or track otherwise out of compliance with the serving railroad's requirements can be greatly reduced with regular ARyS track inspections.

Reduce Workload. Performing needed track inspections will be one less task for facility personnel to do. To further reduce the customer's workload, track maintenance worklist and plans can be created for the maintenance personnel or track maintenance contractor, and we can oversee the work performed by them.

Improve Safety. All track and turnouts will be given a complete and thorough visual inspection for defects and other inappropriate conditions by an experienced and well-qualified track inspector.

Independent Opinion. Since we are not a track repair contractor, we are not providing track inspections as a means of gaining track repair work. We provide each customer an unbiased opinion regarding the condition of their trackage based on years of actual track inspection experience. We detail what, where, and when track repair work is necessary. Our report is promptly prepared with text and photographs as necessary detailing the types of track defects, suggested corrective actions, and the priorities of such work.

Reduce Expenses. Deteriorating track conditions can often be identified before they create problems that are more costly to correct.
